Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of BODEX. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams, engage with diverse clients, and make a significant impact on our company’s growth trajectory.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • MBA degree or equivalent

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, specializing in SaaS software sales, custom software solutions, with a track record of productivity and success.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  2. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities.
  4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales leads and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
  7. Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong affinity for technology and software, with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in software sales, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML: Knowledge or experience in artificial intelligence/machine learning is a definite plus.
  • References within the Bhilai, Durg, Raipur area required.
